Our new and exciting espresso roast from Papua New Guinea has delicious notes of pink pepper, currants, and cherries.
Once the coffee cherries are picked, coffee is pulped and then dry fermented for 24 hours before being washed and dried.
This coffee originates from the district of Chuave in the Papua New Guinea Highlands region. Here the coffee beans are grown mainly by smallholders in ‘gardens’, small patches of land up to three hectares, which account for just under 20% of the production.
