From the product overview in your shopping cart, the order can be adjusted before continuing the purchase. Once you have approved your payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your invoice and delivery information will be sent by email as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery.
When you place an order, we will check to see if there are enough items in stock. There may be situations where we must discard goods in the warehouse if the quality of the goods does not meet our quality requirements. In this situation, we will not be able to deliver all the desired items within the specified time frame.
At the time of an order placement, inventory is checked for two days in advance. If you order for later delivery, there is a risk that the goods will have expired or be unavailable at the time of delivery.
Items may not be purchased on our website with the intent of resale. Only business customers may resale the goods they have purchased using our business-to-business web shop.
The Brew Company A/S accepts online payments with Mobilepay Online, PayPal, Visa, Maestro, American Express, MasterCard, Dankort and JCB.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or indicated by your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR) and Pound Sterling (GBP). The correct currency for the respective country (Denmark, Germany and the United Kingdom) will be automatically assigned after logging in to the customer account.
The Brew Company A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. The Brew Company A/S’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery time for your order is 4-7 business days depending on the destination country. For deliveries within Denmark, delivery time is 2-3 business days.
The Brew Company A/S delivers with the following: GLS - Private, GLS - Parcel shop, FedEx, Freja and DSV. The freight is calculated by weight.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse and home to you.
CANCELLATION AND COMPENSATION
In accordance with The Consumer Rights Directive, there is no right of cancellation for items that deteriorate quickly such as coffee and tea.
In order to use your right of cancellation of non-food items, you must return the product in original packaging to The Brew Company A/S, Kasmosevej 3, 5500 Middelfart, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In addition, you must make us aware of your request through email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Any costs in connection with the return lie solely on you as the consumer.
A 2-year guarantee is granted on all EU purchases. The warranty applies to defects in materials and fabrication. The complaint waivers for improper or unusual operation of the product.
Complaints concerning defects must be notified to The Brew Company A/S in a timely manner after receipt of the goods. Here a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.
In order to use your right of complaint, please contact us via email (email@example.com) and express your wish for complaint. The Brew Company A/S covers the cost of return of defective products if reasonable.
The seller is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the goods arriving late or if the items ordered suffer from defects, when the delay or defects are caused by the buyer or if circumstances are beyond the control of the company.
This may, for example, be due to war, rebellion, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour conflicts of all kinds, including strike and lockout or the like.
Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the customer that the correct name is visible in the shipping address, so the package can be delivered. Should the package return on its basis, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional shipping costs. The customer should contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the error is discovered so that a solution can be found.

If you have ordered with delivery, the details of your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be provided to our freight company for delivery of your purchases.
For our web shop and payment system, we use Dibs and PayPal, which act as our data processors. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in Dibs’ and PayPal's data centres.
In addition, we use third parties to store and process data. However, these only deal with information on our behalf and may not use the data for their own purposes. We only use data processors the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules for the protection of your personal data.
