This fantastic taster pack contains whole beans from 5 different coffee farms.
Honduras, Fairtrade & Organic, 250 gr. This medium roast coffee has light, lively and fruity nuances which are in perfect balance with the pleasant aftertaste of sweet chocolate. This coffee is both organic and fairtrade certified.
Costa Rica, 250 g. The coffee you find in our own coffee roaster’s private coffee machine. Costa Rica is a classic pour over filter coffee with an expected volume without being bitter. Besides, it has a copious aftertaste, but with soft, clean notes of among other things cherries and caramel.
Bolivia, Organic, Fairtrade, 250 g. Our Bolivia coffee is the epitome of specialty coffee. It is a remarkably different cup with fine delicate notes of melon and pumpkin. It has a discreet bitterness equal to a pecan nut, as well as an aftertaste with notes of vanilla.
Colombia, Organic, Fairtrade, 250 g. The latest addition to our organic collection of coffees – and a favorite among the staff. Colombia is full-bodied, dark, suitable with milk and easy to work with. It has notes of almonds, stone fruits, lemon peel and is suitable to use both as a pour over filter coffee and French press.
Indonesia, 250 g. Our beans from Indonesia is quite special and a coffee that stands out in particular. It has a full body. The taste is sweet, spicy and fruity with notes of nutmeg, dark cherries and dry cocoa. The beans are grown in small plantations by the ancient Toraja people. All beans are hand picked and sorted and go through a very special process called "Giling Basah". Giling Basah or wet hulled is a process where the pulp is removed from the beans and the beans are therefore dried faster than normal. With this method, the farmer can have a ready-to-drink coffee in under a month, which would normally take 2-3 months
with the more common processes.
