Our Honduras Capucas decaf originates from the same cooperative as one of our most popular coffees – Honduras Capucas. It undergoes the Swiss Water decaf process – a process using osmosis to break away the caffeine from the coffee, without using any kind of chemicals. The coffee itself has sweet and fatty notes of cherry plum, chocolate and Brazilian nut.
