What are the Shipping rates?

Shipping prices are calculated at the checkout and are based on the destination, product amount and weight.

How long does delivery take?

We have day-to-day delivery if the item is in stock. For delivery in Denmark, the delivery time is 3-8 days with PostNord.

For delivery abroad, the delivery time is 5 to 14 days depending on the specific country to which the package is to be shipped. If your package has not arrived before the delivery time, please feel free to contact us by phone 63 40 01 24 or email info@brew-company.com

Is it possible to pick up my order at your address?

Yes, it is possible to pick up your package at our address.

Can I track my order?

Once you have ordered your item, you will receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse and home to you. The number is sent by e-mail as soon as the package is sent. Please note, however, that there may be a delay in registration in Track & Trace.

Why haven't I received my order yet?

If the delivery time has passed and you have not received your Track & Trace number or heard from us in connection with your order, an error is likely. You can contact us by phone on +45 63 40 01 24 or email info@brew-company.com.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duty fees which have to be paid before the shipment is released to you . If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. We are not responsible for these fees. You will NOT be eligible for an order refund should you decide NOT to pay these fees once your shipment is processed by the Customs department of your country.
