In order to make an order on our website, you must buy items for at least 29DKK value, including VAT. From the item list in your shopping cart, the order can be adjusted before proceeding to delivery. Once you have approved your payment, you will get an order confirmation on your email. Your invoice and delivery information will be sent to you by mail as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery.
In connection with the placing of orders, we check if there are enough items in stock. There may subsequently be situations where we have to discard items in the warehouse if the quality of the goods does not meet our quality requirements. In this situation, we will not be able to deliver all the requested items within specified time periods.
When ordering, the inventory is checked two days ahead. If orders are made further in advance, there is a risk that the goods will be discontinued at the time of delivery.
No goods may be purchased on our website for resale.
The Brew Company A/S receives online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, Paypal.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All amounts on the website are including VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP) and US dollars (USD).
The Brew Company A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders. The Brew Company A/S's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
For delivery in Denmark, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. The delivery time for your order is 4 to14 business days depending on which other country the package should be shipped to.
The Brew Company A/S ships goods with the following: Deutsche Post (DHL) and GLS - Pakkeshop. The freight is calculated by weight.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT
Under the Consumer Law, there is no right of withdrawal for food.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal on non-food products, you must return it in the original packaging to The Brew Company A/S, Kasmosevej 3, 5500 Middelfart within 14 days of receipt of the item. In addition, please note your desire to use the right of withdrawal on email firstname.lastname@example.org. Any return costs you will incur.
A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and fabrication. The complaint is waived by improper or uncommon operation of the product.
Complaint about defects must be notified to The Brew Company A/S in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
To use your warranty, please contact email@example.com and express your request for a complaint. The Brew Company A/S covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
The seller is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the late emergence of the ordered goods to the buyer, or the goods ordered suffer from defects when the delay or defects are due to the buyer's action or omission or circumstances beyond the company's control.
This may be, for example, as a result of war, rebellion, riots, fire, state intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts or the like.
In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility that the delivery address has a visible and correct name so that the package can be delivered. Should the package be returned on this basis, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional shipping costs. The customer should contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the error is detected so that a solution can be found.

Our regular contact information such as name, address and phone number we collect in order to deliver the product you have purchased from us. In order to send you an order confirmation, delivery information and invoice, we collect your email address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the contract concluded. Unfortunately, if you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will not be able to purchase products from us on our website.

If you have ordered delivery, the details of your name, address, phone number and email address will be provided to our shipping company for delivery of your purchases.
We have our webshop and payment system through ePay and PayPal, which act as our data processors. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in ePay's and PayPal's data centers.
