In order to make an order on our website, you must buy at least items for DKK 29, including vat. Vat. From the item list in your shopping cart, the order can be adjusted before proceeding to delivery. Once you have approved your payment, you will get an order confirmation on your email. Your invoice and delivery information will be sent to you by mail as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery.
In connection with the placing of orders, we check if there are enough items in stock. There may subsequently be situations where we have to discard items in the warehouse if the quality of the goods does not meet our quality requirements. In this situation, we will not be able to deliver all the requested items within specified time periods.
When ordering, the inventory is checked two days ahead. If orders are made further in advance, there is a risk that the goods will be discontinued at the time of delivery.
No goods may be purchased on our website for resale.
The Brew Company A/S receives online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Maestro, Paypal.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All amounts on the website are including VAT. The website uses the following currencies for pricing: Danish kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP) and US dollars (USD).

For delivery in Denmark, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. The delivery time for your order is 4 to14 business days depending on which other country the package should be shipped to.
The Brew Company A/S ships goods with the following: Deutsche Post (DHL) and GLS - Pakkeshop. The freight is calculated by weight.
You will always receive a track and trace no. so you can follow your package from our warehouse and home to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT
Under the Consumer Law, there is no right of withdrawal for food.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal on non-food products, you must return it in original packaging to The Brew Company A/S, Kasmosevej 3, 5500 Middelfart within 14 days of receipt of the item. A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and fabrication. The complaint is waived by improper or uncommon operation of the product.
