What is the difference between the Coffee Advent Calendars?

The primary differences between the Calendars is the design of the outer packaging and brewer labels, as well as the format in which the coffee is presented. The Coffeebrewer Advent Calendars contain 25 Coffeebrewer pouches, while the Coffee Bean Calendar contains 25 coffee bean taster packs.

What is the assortment of the Coffee Advent Calendars?

The Coffee Advent Calendar assortment is comprised of the following coffee origins:

Are the coffees in the advent calendars the same as last year?

No. The Coffee Advent Calendars (both the Coffeebrewer and Coffee Bean calendars) contain some of the same flavours that you have come to love, but our team has also selected some new and exciting origins that have never been featured before. 

What does the Coffeebrewer Advent Calendar contain?

It contains 25 different specialty coffees, packaged in our innovative Coffeebrewer pouches, enabling you to brew and enjoy your coffee exactly as you like it, anytime, anywhere. Each of the 25 coffeebrewers contains 21 g of premium pre-ground specialty coffee.

What does the Coffee Bean Advent Calendar contain?

It contains 25 different specialty coffees, packaged in our innovative coffee bean taster packs. Each of the 25 coffee bean packs contains 50g. of premium whole bean specialty coffee.

Is there a decaf version of the Coffee Advent Calendar?

No, this year we did not create a Decaf version of the Coffee Advent Calendar. All the coffees in the Coffee Advent Calendars are caffeinated.

How much coffee is in the Coffee Advent Calendars?

The Coffeebrewer Advent Calendar contains 25 different slow-crafted specialty coffees, packaged in the innovative Coffeebrewers which each contain 2 cups of coffee. So, 50 cups of coffee in total.
The Coffee Bean Advent Calendar contains 25 different slow-crafted specialty coffees in whole bean format, packaged in 50g. kraft paper pouches. One 50g. coffee bean pouch is equivalent to between 6-12 cups of specialty coffee, depending on your bean to cup equipment of choice.

Do the Coffee Advent Calendars contain gluten or nuts or raise any other allergy issues?

No. The Advent Calendar coffees content is gluten-free, nuts free and does not give reason to worry about any allergy issues. Both the Coffeebrewer as well as the Coffee Bean Advent Calendars exclusively contain 100% specialty coffee.

Are all the materials used in coffeebrewers and coffee bean bags food safe?

Yes, all of the materials used in our Coffeebrewers and coffee bean packs are compliant to all the EU legistlation in regards to materials and articles intended to come into contact with food. They have been tested in accordance of Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 of 14 January 2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food Text with EEA relevance.

Are the Coffeebrewers and Teabrewers in the Advent Calendars eco-friendly?

The Coffeebrewers and Teabrewers in the Advent Calendar are reusable. The Coffeebrewer and Teabrewer pouches are made of organic kraft paper, and can be reused by simply emptying the used coffee or tea leaves, rinsing the Coffeebrewer and Teabrewer, and refilling with fresh coffee or loose leaf tea of choice.

How long is the shelf-life of the coffees from the coffee advent calendars? 

All Coffee Advent Calendars are produced during September, October and November, so they will be fresh for you to enjoy in December! We offer 24 months shelf-life for the Coffeebrewer Advent Calendar, but in the case of our Coffee Bean Advent Calendar, our premium specialty coffee beans are best enjoyed when fresh, so we normally recommend to brew and enjoy them within 6 months maximum.

How big is the coffee advent calendar?

The Coffeebrewer Advent Calendar size is (19,8 cm x 31,8 cm x 18,2 cm) and it weighs 1,2 kg.
The Coffee Bean Advent Calendar size is (19,8 cm x 31,8 cm x 18,2 cm) and it weighs 2,13 kg.

Do I need any coffee equipment to brew the coffee in the advent calendars?

If you have opted for the Coffeebrewer Advent Calendar:
Thanks to our coffeebrewer innovation, we have made it extremely easy for you to brew and enjoy the Advent Calendar coffees directly within the Coffeebrewers, by simply pouring hot water inside the bags. The only equipment you will need is a hot water kettle and a coffee cup.

If you have opted for the Specialty Coffee Bean Advent Calendar:
The Specialty Coffee Bean Advent Calendar contains 25 x 50g. coffee bean pouches, each equivalent to between 6-12 cups of coffee per bean pack. You will need an automatic coffee bean grinder or a hand grinder, and you can enjoy freshly ground coffee either in a French Press, cafetiere or as pour-over coffee, using a standard pour-over kit.
What is the Quiz & Win Competition?
It is a fun and interactive way to pair your coffee experience of the day, every day in December, with a new fact or story about Greenland or Copenhagen (depending on your Advent Calendar of choice), deepening your knowledge about these wonderful destinations, and answer a daily question based on these facts and curiosities. You will be able to answer the questions in a designated form on the pages, and enter automatically in a raffle to win some tasty prizes after the holidays. 
How do I access the Quiz & Win competition?
The Quiz & Win Competition is accessible only from 2 Coffee Advent Calendars: The main 2026 Greenland Tribute Advent Calendar and the Copenhagen Advent Calendar. All you need to do is scan the QR codes on the labels of each Coffeebrewer and follow the instructions on the landing pages.
How do I scan the QR codes on the labels?
You can scan the QR codes on the brewer labels using your phone camera and clicking on the link which will appear upon hovering with your phone over the QR.

What does the Teabrewer Advent Calendar contain?

The Tea Advent Calendar contains 25 natural and organic loose leaf tea blends, packaged in our innovative and sustainable Teabrewers.

Are the Teabrewers in the Tea Advent Calendar eco-friendly?

All the teabrewers in the Tea Advent Calendar are reusable. The Teabrewer pouches are made of organic kraft paper, and can be reused by simply emptying the used tea leaves, rinsing the Teabrewer and refilling with fresh loose leaf tea of choice.

The Tea Advent Calendar contains a mix of various kinds of tea. You will find fruit, herbal, green, black, and rooibos tea. In addition, all of the teas are organic.
