La Isabela coffee is organic, using manual farming practices and fertilized with cherry pulp. It's dry pulped, fermented, fully washed, sun-dried, and hand-selected before delivery to the cooperative. COOMCAFE is expanding into natural and honey coffees, with new solar dryers installed for the 2021-2022 harvest.
