    The Coffeebrewer is best described as a crossover between French Press and pour-over coffee.

    Our patented brewing system ensures a state-of-the-art coffee infusion that evokes the rich taste of the classic French press brew.

    The filter inside the Coffeebrewer contains 20 – 22 grams of freshly ground specialty coffee.

    All our coffees are hand roasted in our own artisan micro-roastery in Denmark, and with the Coffeebrewer you can enjoy a premium quality fresh brew, easily and conveniently, anywhere, anytime.

    STEP 2- Pour in hot water based on the markings on the back to adjust the coffee intensity

Our Brazilian coffee comes from the Eastern part of Brazil, more specifically the Minas Gerais region and the cooperative ASCARIVE. Ascarive source from a number of farms that also grow competition microlots at the highest altitudes and so employ the same quality mindset across their entire estate, receiving multiple awards within the Brazilian coffee industry for years.

Our Colombian coffee comes from the region Tolima in the South-Western part of Colombia, more specifically, the cooperative SURCAFE. SURECAFE was founded in 2016 by 56 families, who all wanted a better economic future and better living conditions for their families. By creating SURCAFE they established a strong foothold in export, achieving better prices for their delicious organic quality coffee.

Our coffee from Honduras comes specifically from the area around the Celaque National Park in the Western side of the country. The cooperative CAPUCAS was founded in 1999 by Omar Jose Rodriguez. Right from the beginning, it has been a priority for Omar and the cooperative to take good care of their employees, and for this reason, they have facilitated free medical help, free football academy membership and around-the-clock access to a virtual library. In addition to this, the coffee is certified in every possible way – Fairtrade and Organic.

Our Guatemala coffee originates from the district of Quetzaltenango and the FECCEG cooperative. FECCEG is one of the larger cooperatives we are working with, with almost 2000 member farms. Of these 2000 farms, about 25% are administrated by women. FECCEG was founded in 2006 and is a non-profit organization, with a special focus on helping and guiding small farmers through the difficulties of the international coffee exchange. By focusing on creating strong networks and powerful negotiation skills, they are highly successful.

Our coffee from Ethiopia is a classic Ethiopian variation, with a refined and delicate acidity and taste notes of bergamot, black tea and blood orange.

This is a coffee for the true coffee nerd, as you can adjust the temperatures and different types of brewing, making it a fun coffee experiment, to find the right brew.Ethiopia Sidamo is part of Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (OCFCU) who export the coffee and work exclusively in the Oromia Regional State. OCFCU are one of the first producer groups to pilot the new Fairtrade Climate Standard which means 20,000 coffee farmers can improve their living conditions and income, while also becoming more resilient to the effects of climate change.

Our Costa Rica coffee is Fairtrade certified, originating from the San Jose region. This is a coffee you can truly enjoy in good conscience, as the cooperative is well-known for its sustainable practices, converting the coffee pulp into organic fertilizer and powering their workstations with solar panels. It’s a great cup of coffee – to be honest one of our head roaster, Malu's personal favorites – having distinct sweet notes of maple syrup, pomegranate and unsalted peanuts.

When most people think of coffee from Kenya, they think of an intense flavour, high acidity, and a delightful, long-lasting aroma. Full of forest fruits and blackcurrants, and lively citrus acidity. It’s bold and punchy, with a fantastic greenish / blue hue to the bean. Grown usually in volcanic loamy soils, that are iron rich, this high grown fully washed coffee is everything a Kenya AA should be.
