Each coffee in this project comes from the same farm, same harvest, and same coffee varieties.
The only variable is the fermentation method.

Inspired by the educational work of James Hoffmann and fermentation specialist Lucia Solis, this project is made for curious coffee drinkers, home brewers, and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of coffee.
