Peru is the world's leading producer of organic coffee, and the APROCOYCE Cooperative, consisting of over 280 small farmers in the Amazonas region, takes advantage of the microclimate there to grow high-quality coffee, offering its members special credits and technical assistance to improve the quality of their coffee.
